A little audio test
Here’s a short sample from our last show, with David Tronzo on guitar, and Garth Stevenson on bass. This was recorded at Ryles in Cambridge, MA on June 4th, 2009.

LiveatRylesIn lieu of going fishing today, I stayed home and finished updating a couple parts of the new site. Press reviews are now finished, as well as my new abbreviated bio. If anybody knows of a good way to display the press reviews as one sentence that expands to the full review when you click on it, please let me know at jondelucia at gmail, or comment here. In other news, I’m trying to get a few performances together in the North East with the Tronzo, Garth Trio, more on that as it develops. For now, it’s time to get back to practicing, for no particular reason, Jacques Ibert’s Concertino da Camera.

The show was a lot of fun last week, thanks to those who came. Tronzo and Garth really made the music happen. It was nice to have all that extra sonic space without a drummer playing, nice and difficult too. Stay tuned for a sound clip or two from the show.

Ryles 6/26/09
On June 26th I will have the pleasure of performing with guitarist David Tronzo and bassist Garth Stevenson in a trio format at Ryles in Boston. I’m going to try and record the show, hope you can make it!
